Kronos - Senior Functional Analyst

Qualifications: • Minimum of 7 years' experience supporting end users in payroll department. • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting multiple Kronos Time Keeping • Strong knowledge of time keeping principles and experience with payroll data analysis. • Extensive experience with creating and managing complex analytical reports. • Demonstrated experience supporting Kronos employee time and leave issues. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in information systems, or related field. • Experience with Kronos WFC 8 and UKG Pro Workforce Management • Familiarity with integration tools and reporting tools Preferred Skills: Progression in CFA or other finance professional certifications. • Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 and Oracle cloud • Familiarity with integration tools and reporting tools • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Project Costing module
