Job Title: Consultant - AI Strategy (SaaS 100 Enterprises) Location: Remote / GlobalType: Part-Time -ContractAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced AI Strategy Consultant to advise and support SaaS 100 companies in defining, implementing, and scaling AI-driven initiatives. This role bridges strategic consulting, technical understanding, and business operations, helping enterprise clients identify high-impact use cases, design data and AI roadmaps, and enable measurable business outcomes. You'll work with cross-functional teams-from executives to data scientists-to turn AI potential into tangible business value. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Consulting Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, product ecosystem, and data maturity. Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities across sales, marketing, customer success, and product functions. Develop AI adoption roadmaps aligned with client priorities, infrastructure, and security requirements. Define ROI and success metrics for AI initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact. Conduct AI readiness assessments (people, process, data, technology). Program Design & Implementation Collaborate with client engineering and data teams to prioritize and execute pilots. Support LLM and GenAI use case design-e.g., customer support automation, intelligent document processing, product recommendations, or predictive analytics. Work with MLOps and engineering leads to outline technical requirements, model lifecycle management, and governance frameworks. Develop AI integration strategies for SaaS ecosystems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Workday, etc.). Coordinate workshops, training, and change management activities to promote adoption. Advisory & Communication Advise C-level and product leadership on emerging AI trends and best practices in SaaS environments. Translate complex technical capabilities into actionable business language. Create executive presentations, business cases, and client-ready deliverables. Collaborate with product marketing and partnerships teams to align messaging and AI offerings. Common Tasks Conduct client interviews and map workflows for automation opportunities. Draft AI vision and strategy decks tailored to enterprise SaaS use cases. Prepare RFPs or proposals for AI projects and pilots. Evaluate vendor tools and APIs for AI enablement (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, Azure AI, etc.). Support data governance and ethics assessments for responsible AI deployment. Benchmark competitors' AI maturity and recommend differentiation strategies. Develop and maintain knowledge repositories and AI best practice playbooks. Qualifications 7+ years in management consulting, SaaS strategy, or digital transformation; 3+ years in AI/ML-related projects. Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, data pipelines, and product lifecycles. Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics, and automation frameworks. Proven experience working with Fortune 500 or SaaS 100 enterprises. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership. Experience building business cases and translating technical outputs into ROI-driven narratives. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Preferred Skills Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain, Vertex AI, or DataRobot. Exposure to MLOps and AI governance practices. Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills. Prior consulting experience at firms serving enterprise SaaS clients.
