JOB DESCRIPTION Material Handler - Manufacturing Location: 15301 Springdale Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92649 Pay Rate: $18.50/hr (W2) Shift: Multiple Shift : 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (1st Shift) 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (2nd Shift) Duration: 3-Month Contract (Possible Extension) Position Overview We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Material Handlers to support production operations at the Sekurit autoglass finishing facility. This role is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of materials in a fast-paced, barcoded manufacturing environment. Important: All required screenings must be fully completed prior to start. Candidates will not begin work with pending background checks. Key Responsibilities Safely handle, move, and stage materials to support production, packaging, and order preparation Operate in a barcoded inventory environment to ensure accuracy and traceability Support manufacturing workflows while adhering to strict safety standards Follow site procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Comply with all company safety, quality, and productivity guidelines Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 4+ years of prior manufacturing experience required 2+ years of material handling experience Forklift experience required 2+ years of automation experience (Tier 1 Supplier) preferred Experience working in a strong safety culture preferred Additional Details Site uses Kronos for timekeeping Base pay: $18.50/hr Shift differential: Additional $0.50/hr automatically applied when working 2nd shift Submission Notes Submit candidates at the base pay rate of $18.50/hr Candidates must be ready to start immediately once screenings are completed
