Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive speech therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure therapy goals are aligned with overall treatment objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and therapy sessions according to facility standards.
