Preconstruction Manager

Scout1Solutions is searching for a Preconstruction Manager to join an ENR TOP 150 GC in their Jacksonville, FL office. As the Preconstruction Manager you will be responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the project preconstruction phases to achieve the cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, and bidding. This role will assure estimates are accurate, complete, and reflect the actual requirements of the project. Commercial Project Experience required in the following markets: K-12, Higher Education and Heatlhcare Relocation will be considered Qualifications In depth knowledge of design and construction practices and materials Exceptional verbal, written, and stand up communication skills Working knowledge of estimating, purchasing, and scheduling Highly refined interpersonal and leadership skills
