Join SERVPRO Team Holland as Our Newest Customer Experience Specialist! The Customer Experience Specialist (CES) will be the front line point of contact responsible for owning the customer experience. They will work directly with the management team to exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for identifying project requirements and specifications as well as administering and organizing projects and supporting teammates. You must be a people person with an outgoing and energetic personality that loves to be on the phone with our customers, solve problems, and be willing to do whatever it takes to meet and exceed their expectations. You will be expected to sell all aspects of the project. If you are self-motivated, organized, and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment! We will consider some remote work after the first three months of employment but you must be able to frequently partake in training and meetings at our Elkridge, MD location. Key Responsibilities Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders Own all aspects of the customer experience from the office process Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress Create preliminary scopes of work to be passed on to estimating team Review and validate job site documentation Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed Participate in the after-hours on call rotation (additional compensation will be provided) Position Requirements High school diploma/GED (preferred) Previous restoration experience (preferred) At least four years of sales and/or customer service Ability to multitask and to remain detail-oriented Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications Our customers need us 24/7. Are you willing to be on-call after hours 1 out of every 3 weeks to meet the needs of our customers outside of normal business hours? Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law. Each SERVPRO Franchise is independently owned and operated.
