In Records (Pohlman), you will be responsible for processing and following up on all incoming records produced via mail, email or fax. What you'll get to do: Verify records received are responsive to client request Mail or arrange courier service to deliver records Other job duties as assigned The kind of teammate we're looking for: Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be detail oriented, organized and be able to multi-task Proactive and motivated with good problem solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
