Patient Access Quality Assurance Representative Nashville General Hospital is hiring for a Patient Access Quality Assurance Representative for Patient Access Services as a full time job in Nashville, Tennessee. Shift: Day Shift Patient Access Quality Assurance Representative Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring and reviewing patient admissions, registration activities, productivity reports and insurance verification, as well as monitoring tools to ensure compliance. Responsible for data collection and dissemination, determining any trends, providing feedback to management and taking corrective action when appropriate. Required Skills & Qualifications: At least 2 year experience in an admissions, registration, and/or Patient Accounting is required. One (1) year of clerical experience required. High School Diploma (Equivalent) or Higher. Functional knowledge of personal computers, basic PC application programs including word processing, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office and Excel preferred: database knowledge and medical terminology a plus.
