Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Developer - MD The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Developer - MD will: Support two Project Managers on active ground-up multifamily and townhome projects. Assist the Development team on design coordination and preconstruction efforts for upcoming projects (a major career development advantage). Coordinate subcontractors, RFI/submittal processes, schedules, and project documentation. Participate in site walks, progress meetings, and quality control reviews. Travel occasionally to project sites in VA/MD (1-2x per week) and NC (1-2x per month). Collaborate closely with a small, trusted team where culture, fit, and long-term growth are top priorities. The Successful Applicant The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Developer - MD will have: 2+ years of construction experience (Project Engineer or APM level). Multifamily experience required Strong communication, organization, and follow-through. A team-oriented mindset and desire to grow in a small, family-owned environment. Interest in both construction and development - this role offers exposure to both.
