Preconstruction Manager

We Are Looking For Someone Like You Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience. 7+ years experience including Estimating, Cost Control Design and Preconstruction in the bidding and design of complex mechanical solutions. Experience with Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Brewery, Institutional and Industrial related projects. Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects. Ability to produce a comprehensive budget and proposal based on schematic narratives, drawings, specifications, and related bid documents. Procure negotiated design/build and design/assist projects and complete the preconstruction phase on those projects. Initiate and maintain relationships with clients and A/E contacts. Understand construction field conditions, means and methods, and project schedules. Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Bluebeam experience required.
