Role: Sourcing Analyst II, Apparel/Accessories Sourcing Duration: 12-Month Contract Location: BeavertonImportant Note: This role has 2 total headcounts: One contract duration will be ~10 months (potential extension, not guaranteed) One contract duration will be ~12 months (potential extension, not guaranteed) Since the difference is only a couple of months, sourcing is being done under one req to keep everything in one place. Candidates must be aware: managers will decide at the time of offer which contract duration applies. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree (minimum highly preferred) 3+ years minimum experience in a sourcing role Must have knowledge of: Apparel and/or footwear manufacturing Product creation Textiles Experience assisting with: Factory allocation Sourcing Costing Top Must-Have Skills Excel expertise (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic calculations) Retail math knowledge Strong analytical problem-solving skills (ability to analyze data and work toward solutions) Desired Soft Skills Ability to influence, collaborate, and create consensus Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment Standout / Preferred Skills Data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI) Deck building (PowerPoint) Previous experience with apparel/footwear through a supply chain lens Strong cross-functional experience in a matrix environment Will work on a direct team of ~10-15 (face-to-face collaboration) Interview process: 1-2 rounds Who You Will Work With Part of the Global Sport Category Sourcing team Reporting to the Global Sports Apparel (GSA) Sourcing Director Daily collaboration with: Sport Focus Product Creation Finance Supply Planning Materials Manufacturing teams Who We Are Looking For As a Sourcing Analyst II, we seek a strategic and entrepreneurial professional to manage sourcing and cost planning activities. The ideal candidate will proactively bring stakeholders together and thrive in a cross-functional environment. Candidate Needs: Bachelor's degree in business, Textiles, Supply Chain, or related field OR additional 2 years of experience in lieu of degree Minimum 3 years relevant experience (supply chain, product, or manufacturing preferred) Strategic thinking and enterprise mindset High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in ambiguity Strong analytical skills (data manipulation, trend identification, business solutions) Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels and stakeholders What You'll Work On Responsible for specialty sport categories (e.g., Cricket, Basketball Special Projects, Olympics sideline product) Work with triad partners to build and execute sourcing strategies Drive profitability by defining style-level targets in partnership with Finance Key Responsibilities: Creating and executing Sport Focus sourcing strategies Managing cost planning processes to ensure profitability Supporting product teams in evaluating cost/margin tradeoffs Understanding global sourcing from strategic sourcing through seasonal execution
