Senior Estimator - Healthcare Construction

Senior Estimator Work on commercial, healthcare and cleanroom projects throughout IN. Opportunity to lead a preconstruction team. Our client has a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects and due to a strong pipeline through 2026, they are looking to hire a Senior Estimator that can lead a team and help establish strong relationships in the market. This client offers above industry standard base salary, bonus program, ESOP, car allowance and benefits. All of which lead them to having strong tenure across the teams. Job Description Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements. Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. The Successful Applicant Strong attention to detail. 5+ years experience in construction estimating - preferably commercial projects. Bachelor's Degree in Construction management, Civil engineering, Architecture. Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates. Strong understanding of commercial construction processes. Comprehensive project list and resume. Experience with Bluebeam, Procore and MS Suites is required. Conceptual bid experience is required. OST experience is required.
