In this role, you'll gain high visibility to senior leadership, working alongside both Client Services and Agency Leadership who prioritize your learning and development. You'll have opportunities for upward movement within our client services teams while gaining exposure to Commercial Lines and learning what it takes to successfully support Sales and Service Teams within this line of business. This hybrid position allows you to work in-office three days a week, fostering collaboration and connection with your team while contributing to key business outcomes such as client retention, satisfaction, and operational excellence. How You'll Make An Impact As a Client Service Associate I, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supporting the business priorities of production team members and the client service function. Assisting with the branch's overall workflow processes to ensure smooth operations. Creating essential documents, certificates, and reports using appropriate systems and resources. Managing certificates of insurance, processing endorsements, and handling billing and invoicing needs. Providing administrative support, including correspondence to carriers and clients, transmission of final audits, policy binders, renewals, and other written communications. Managing accounts by entering client information into the agency management system, auditing client data, processing change requests, preparing notices of cancellations & reinstatements, and other administrative tasks. Actively engaging in learning by studying insurance industry trends and seeking out self-directed learning to increase insurance knowledge. Maintaining carrier updates and bulletins. Managing ad hoc projects to support team functions. By contributing to these efforts, you'll help protect our clients, reduce their total cost of risk, and foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement. About You High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to use technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to explain complex issues in simple terms and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients. Compensation And Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
