Front Desk Associate We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on customer service, membership sales, retail sales and scheduling. If you have a passion for sales and providing outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Greet visitors and provide an excellent guest experience Book appointments in person or by phone Increase membership sales and retail sales Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance Maintain a clean and inviting, spa-like environment Required Skills: 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience Management experience is a huge plus as there is room for growth Strong verbal communication and listening skills Well organized and detail oriented Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating guests on products and services offered Exhibits sound judgment and a strong work ethic Forms positive working relationships with team Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work weekends and some evenings Experience with MindBody Software is a plus Why Join Our Team?
