Job HighlightsPay: $28-$33 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: North Houston Position Type: Full-time, long-term opportunity Environment: Office-based with collaboration across operations, inventory, and production teams What You'll Be DoingPerform routine data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness Identify, research, and help resolve data discrepancies Maintain, update, and correct records in internal databases Support database reporting used by operations, inventory, production, and customer-facing teams Assist with monitoring data workflows such as receipts, transfers, imports, and exports Participate in periodic audits to ensure data compliance and accuracy Analyze basic data trends to support operational decision-making Help team members access, interpret, and use reports effectively Maintain organized digital file structures in line with internal standards What We're Looking ForAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 2 years of experience in data entry, database support, analytics, or administrative systems Familiarity with data management concepts; experience with databases or SQL is a plus Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience learning and working within ERP, inventory, or data management systems Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment Why Apply?
