Radiology Operations Navigator Weekends

Northern Light Radiology Associates is seeking detail-oriented and highly organized Radiologic Technologists (RTs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as Radiology Operations Navigators. We are a successful and growing hospital-based medical management company seeking dedicated professionals who value teamwork and operational excellence to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the radiology department, ensuring that all imaging services are delivered efficiently and effectively.This is a part-time position. Available shifts are 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. Shifts may vary based on business needs.Holiday coverage is required on a rotating basis.Compensation based on experience.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other staff members to coordinate patient schedules and ensure smooth workflow within the department.- Monitor and manage equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the timely delivery of imaging results and reports.- Train and supervise staff members to ensure adherence to departmental protocols and quality standards.- Act as a liaison between the radiology department and other healthcare providers to facilitate communication and collaboration.Qualifications:- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Radiologic and MRI technologists (ARRT) required.- Previous experience in radiology operations or healthcare management.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health records systems.- Medical terminology background required.- Radiology experience required.- Available to work night and weekend shifts.If you are a motivated and proactive individual with a passion for healthcare operations, we encourage you to apply for the Radiology Operations Navigator position at our facility.
