Do you enjoy helping people and keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. You'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional patient experiences while supporting the success of our optometric practice. This is a call center/medical office environment, so every day you'll balance professionalism, compassion, and organization.
