TeamHealth has a great telemedicine hospitalist opportunity for a full-time, board-certified internal medicine or family medicine physician with a minimum of 4 years of hospital medicine experience and a North Carolina medical license to provide remote nocturnist coverage within the Mission System community hospitals in Western North Carolina. Hours are 7p-7a and responsibilities include: Performing patient exams virtually with onsite nursing staff Entering admission orders Prescribing medications Documentation of patient diagnosis, treatment plan, etc. using the hospital's EMR Communicating with patients, nursing staff and consulting with ED physicians on site Interested in learning more?
