Dot Net Fullstack Tech LeadLocation: Tampa, FL - Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote) Type: Contract Note: LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Dot Net Fullstack Tech Lead to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable web applications. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, and the ability to guide a team of developers while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, design patterns, and architecture. Develop scalable, maintainable applications using Microsoft .NET framework technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js). Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across client-side and server-side components. Oversee code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to maintain quality and performance standards. Manage deployment processes, version control, and release cycles. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to enhance functionality and user experience. Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack and development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Fullstack Tech Lead with expertise in .NET framework and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js). Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices. Experience leading cross-functional development teams in an agile/hybrid environment. Solid background in unit testing, integration testing, and debugging techniques. Hands-on knowledge of deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team culture.
