Position: Part-Time Call Center Agent Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Hours: 28 hours per week We are currently seeking Part-Time Call Center Agents to join our team. This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for consistent evening and weekend work. Schedule Requirements: MondayFriday: 1pm-9:30pm One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday): 6:00pm-10:00pm Total of 28 hours per week across six days Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally Provide excellent customer service Accurately document call outcomes and follow established procedures What We're Looking For: Strong attendance and reliability Clear communication skills Ability to consistently work evenings and one weekend day
