Job title : E- commerce Project Manager with Scrum MasterLocation: Boston, MA (Open for non-locals who can relocate)Job Descriptions: Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 3 plus years in leading planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT programs. Experience in the Ecommerce domain. Experienced in Agile methodologies and able to run scrum ceremonies Should be expert in scrum methodologies, project management. Strong JIRA knowledge in building & maintaining Scrum Boards & Dashboards. Work with Ecommerce manager to help him manage backlog and right story creation. Well versed working with Kanban boards. Very good in Retail domain knowledge and should have managed minimum 2 to 3 Ecommerce projects. Should be proficient in creating excel reports and power point presentations for project planning. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage project resources, including staff allocation, to optimize productivity and efficiency. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes. Track and report project performance metrics, including key milestones, budget expenditures, and resource utilization.
