Manages incoming phone calls and messages from a central call center for all OMP provider-based clinics and Hospital Outpatient Departments, as assigned. Documents telephone messages into EHR and routes them to appropriate departments. Schedules appointments. Answers inquiries. Education High School diploma or GED required. Experience Customer Service, Reception or Call Center experience preferred; knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Licensure/Credentials None.
