Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with professional advice and assistance regarding their vehicle service needs. This includes providing accurate estimates of repair costs, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A knowledge of CDK is preferred, along with 2 years of advising experience and/or 1 year of Hyundai experience. Responsibilities: Greet customers and listen to their needs and concerns. Provide customers with estimates for services needed. Schedule appointments for customers. Inspect vehicles and document findings. Explain services and repairs to customers. Advise customers on preventative maintenance and additional services that may be needed. Follow up with customers after service is completed.
