Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial electrical work or related fields. Proficiency in the latest NEC standards and electrical estimating software. Collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in diverse environments. Plus, if you bring: Experience in streamlining processes for maximum efficiency. Bachelor's degree in construction management or electrical engineering. Familiarity with AccuBid estimating software, CAD/BIM, or ERP systems.
