Position Highlights: Role: Respiratory Therapist (RRT / CRT) Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends) Employment Type: Permanent Compensation: Competitive hourly rates based on experience Shift Differentials: Night & Weekend differentials Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (Nights Only) Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case Key Responsibilities: Deliver, set up, and maintain routine and advanced respiratory therapies Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and related equipment Perform and interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Provide respiratory care across critical care and inpatient units Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (ICU / CVICU / NICU / PICU / Critical Care) (Home care or long-term care experience also considered) Florida State Respiratory License NBRC - RRT or CRT BLS required ACLS, NRP, and PALS to be obtained within 30 days of start If this opportunity aligns with your career goals, I would be happy to share additional details, including compensation specifics and next steps.
