Mechanical quality inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Aircraft Quality Control Inspector to join our team. If interested please call Chris at 631-784-3161 and email . salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Perform in-process and final inspections of aircraft components and assemblies Verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.) Review and verify material certifications and traceability documentation Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company quality procedures Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Identify non-conforming products and support corrective action processes Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues Support internal and external audits as required The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment Skills CMM Height Gaugues Micrometers Calipers Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
