Support Service Staff Lead (Federal Way)

THIS POSITION IS ONLY OPEN TO CURRENT ULMS SUPPORT SERVICE STAFF WORKING AT THE FEDERAL WAY PSH SITEJOB DESCRIPTION: ULMS is actively hiring Support Service Staff Lead for our Booker House/Federal Way Permanent Supportive Housing Site. The Support Service Staff Lead supports HTH residents by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized space. This position is responsible for providing and/or assisting residents in accessing support services, community integration, life skill training, housing maintenance, transportation, and other needed services. As a Lead, this role is also instrumental in the on-boarding and training of new staff and provides backup support to the site manager(s) as needed. This position will operate on the graveyard shift.
