HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Service TechnicianDepartment: HVAC Employment Type: Full Time Location: H & H Heating and Air Conditioning Reporting To: HVAC Service Manager Description You will be responsible for managing a territory and servicing accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting all their HVAC service requests, and ensuring customers receive outstanding customer service from all HVAC departments. Requirements Proven 2-3 years of recent, full-time experience Troubleshoot and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment Identifying maintenance risks on equipment Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements Assisting with customers' queries Valid driver's license Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in confined spaces Salary and Benefits $40-$50/hrly Full time with overtime as necessary Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid holidays, sick days and vacation Stock Options 401K Company provided vehicle, tools, and gas card Why you'll love working here A fun, team atmosphere built on transparency, empowerment, and respect.
