Med/Surg RN Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients with a range of diagnoses and acuity levels Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, and document thoroughly in the EMR Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor patient response and escalate changes in condition promptly Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team (physicians, therapy, case management, and ancillary departments) Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, medications, discharge instructions, and follow-up care Maintain infection prevention, patient safety, fall precautions, and skin integrity protocols Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced acute care environment Why Join This Travel Nurse Opportunity?
