We're looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our global HRIS team and play a key role in driving system transformation and excellence across our people operations. This is an immediate opening and a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, process, and global talent strategywhere your expertise will truly make an impact. What You'll Do: Champion and act as the Product Specialist for Workday Recruiting, supporting the strategic direction, design requirements, features, functionality, and ongoing enhancements of the system. Partner closely with the global Talent Acquisition team, providing consultative guidance on recruiting processes and technology. Collaborate with our HR and HR Digital Technology teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements. Provide Tier 2 support for Workday-related issues using the organization's case management tool. Deliver hands-on technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring users are set up for success. Support and contribute to new recruiting-related projects, system updates, and transformation initiatives. Safeguard data integrity, system reliability, and confidentiality at all times. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree or related experience. 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with strong expertise in Workday Recruiting configuration and support. Experience with additional Workday modules such as HCM, Talent, and Reporting (preferred). Exposure to Workday AI capabilities is a plus. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar case management tools is an advantage. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to confidentiality.
