As a Property Manager, you will oversee several manufactured home communities in the Elizabethtown area, ensuring each community is well-maintained and that residents are satisfied. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, handling resident inquiries, performing regular inspections, maintaining occupancy rates, and implementing community guidelines. You will also be responsible for financial management related to budgets and expenses, making sure each property remains profitable. We are offering a competitive compensation rate of $18/HR, Monday through Friday, which includes medical benefits with a small co-pay and a 401K plan to help you secure your future.
