Job Responsibilities: Issue invoices to customers Manage scheduling and filing Confirm upcoming residential appointments by phone Answering phones A++ customer service Collecting current and past due accounts Entering payments and processing credit card payments into a database Creating and maintaining relationships with national maintenance companies and their payment processes Scheduling jobs and confirming job services Filing all necessary paperwork Printing work orders Requirements: Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made Proven PC skills (ability to learn and use Microsoft Office Suite, and Fish software) Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook Reliable transportation Benefits: Flexible hours Job Type: Part time, full time possible based on experience Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Fish Window Cleaning has grown to be the world's largest window cleaning company with more than 250 franchise territories in 43 states, yet we still maintain the traditional values we were founded on.
