What You'll Do Provide front-line technical support for drivers checking into the site using transportation management technology Scan drivers in at the gate and troubleshoot system or access issues in real time Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational concerns quickly and accurately Serve as a professional point of contact for drivers, customers, and site personnel Support day-to-day shipment management operations and non-standard customer requests Participate in operational and client-specific training initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on logistics and transportation issues Walk across a large construction site as needed to support operational flow Perform additional duties as assigned to support site success What You Bring High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a related business environment Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written Comfort using technology as part of daily work responsibilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proven problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Professional demeanor when representing the organization internally and externally Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally Ability to walk and remain active throughout a large job site during a 12-hour shift Ready to Be Part of Something Big?
