Job Title: Technical Project Manager (TPM) Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite/week) Duration: 11-month contract Pay Rate: $92/hr W2 Job Summary Our client is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital platform initiatives supporting financial advisory and investment solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business, clients, and technology, owning the technical delivery roadmap across multiple teams and dependencies. Key Responsibilities Own delivery of large-scale web platform initiatives across multiple workstreams. Translate product roadmaps into executable project plans, milestones, and dependencies. Drive PI planning, cross-team alignment, and execution against quarterly commitments. Partner closely with engineering, product, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery. Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and escalate blockers as needed. Communicate status, risks, and delivery timelines to senior stakeholders. Foster strong collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years leading complex technical projects/programs, preferably in financial services or asset management. Strong experience with Agile / Scaled Agile delivery models. Proven ability to manage multiple dependencies and senior-level stakeholders. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on familiarity with modern web platforms, APIs, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and enterprise tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience with client-facing digital platforms in financial services or wealth management. Exposure to digital account opening, trading, portfolio analysis, or reporting systems. Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) or equivalent experience.
