Sales Analyst Remote | East Coast hours preferred | Temp-to-Perm | Strong Excel & Beauty experience required A fast-growing, modern beauty brand is looking for an experienced Sales Analyst to own sales reporting, performance insights, and retail file management across global channels. This role sits at the intersection of finance and sales, and is ideal for someone who loves digging into data, spotting trends, and telling a clear story through numbers. You'll support leadership by providing high-quality analysis on weekly and monthly performance, with a particular focus on key retail partners (including specialty beauty). This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to senior leadership and a clear path to conversion. What You'll Do • Analyze weekly and monthly sales trends and deliver clear, actionable reporting for finance and sales leadership. • Assess performance by door / store, surfacing wins, risks, and opportunities across retail partners. • Manage and maintain global retail sales files, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and easy access for stakeholders. • Build and refine Excel-based dashboards, reports, and tools to track KPIs and support decision-making. • Monitor and interpret key sales and financial KPIs, helping explain what's driving the business. • Partner closely with Finance and Sales to support forecasting, planning, and performance reviews. • Continuously improve reporting processes and formats to make insights faster, clearer, and more impactful. What We're Looking For • 5-7 years of experience in a sales analytics, financial analysis, or commercial analytics role. • Beauty industry experience is required (color, skincare, haircare, fragrance, or similar). • Exceptionally strong Excel skills (complex formulas, pivots, large data sets; modeling and dashboarding a plus). • Proven experience analyzing retail / door-level performance and translating data into clear recommendations. • Comfort working across finance and sales teams and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. • Ability to work remote on East Coast hours and manage priorities in a fast-paced, growth environment.
