Provider Pricing Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES The Provider Pricing Configuration Analyst maintains and oversees the loading of provider contracts and fee schedules into claims processing system to ensure claims payment accuracy and consistency. Analyze complex problems pertaining to claim payments, The Analyst will act as a liaison between the Auditing, Benefits Configuration and Provider Data Departments.  Provides additional support to interdepartmental teams regarding provider pricing. Promote harmonious relationships within own department, with other departments.  Operates under limited supervision. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in computer science, health care or related field is preferred. Minimum of one year health care experience may be substituted for college education. System Configuration or SQL experience is preferred.
