Job Title: Customer Service Representative Practicing excellent customer service skills, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in distress. You will answer customer calls, evaluate their urgency, and triage for our response. You will communicate with all levels of managers, supervisors, and production technicians. You will ensure that job and contact details are gathered and maintained in the shared technology on which all of your teammates rely for information. SERVPRO of Richland County offers all the services of restoring a property back to its original condition.
