Lead - Syndicate Product Specialist

Rate Range: $450-$500/Day Job Description: We are seeking a Lead-level Syndication Specialist with strong expertise in syndicated loan products and hands-on technical skills. This role requires a hybrid background-deep understanding of the syndicated lending lifecycle, along with strong experience working with syndication platforms (Loan IQ, Allvue, DealCloud, DebtDomain, etc.), system enhancements, data flows, and cross-functional stakeholder management. The ideal candidate has previously worked in syndicated loans operations/agency desk, platform support, or product implementation, and can drive both functional design and technical analysis at scale. Key Responsibilities: Syndication Product & Process Expertise Lead end-to-end functional analysis of syndicated loan lifecycle: Deal creation, book-building, allocations Primary/secondary syndication Documentation, closing, and drawdowns Ongoing servicing, agency functions, amendments/waivers ct as the subject-matter expert (SME) for syndication workflows and best practices.
