CAMP STORE STAFF New Braunfels - New Braunfels, TX 78132 Position Type Part Time Job Shift Any Travel Percentage None Category Retail Description Position Overview: This is a seasonal, part-time position in our Camp Store that will help create a very satisfying experience for our guests and campers. Includes, but is not limited to, greeting guests in a pleasant, professional manner, helping guests find desired products, checking guests out quickly and accurately, and keeping the store clean and well stocked. Key Duties Participate in desired ministry culture that lives out T Bar Ms mission and achieves our service goals daily and consistent Intentional Uncommon Service. Demonstrate T Bar Ms core values in daily service to our guests and staff; working with heart and attitude that lines up with our Belief Statement, Mission/Vision/Values, and Philosophy of Ministry. Demonstrate excellent guest-relation skills: Take initiative to greet guests in a friendly manner. Cheerfully provide customer service and support. Follow all T Bar M safety and security policies and procedures. Have a good working knowledge of all systems and standard operating procedures for the camp store. Ensure that the store remains clean, tidy, and properly stocked. Additional duties may be added based on daily requirements and needs. Qualifications Spiritual Growth and Alignment Consistent evidence of a growing relationship with Christ Awareness and desire to deploy his spiritual gift(s) in this ministry Agreement with T Bar M Camps Doctrinal Statement Strong sense of calling to T Bar M Camps Whole-hearted support of T Bar M Camps Vision, Core Values, and Mission. Required Skills Collaborative mentality we are a team-based ministry Accuracy and attention to detail Superb verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities Qualifications Must be able to work evenings and weekends Must be at least 16 years old Compensation: This is an hourly paid position with an hourly rate of $11.00. As a seasonal, part-time position, there are no benefits or insurance associated with this role. Center for Christian Growth, Inc.
