Daily tasks of a Customer Experience Associate Interact and engage with customers while assisting them with inquires and concerns relating to accounts, services and products Guide, educate and support customers on service solutions and their benefits Ensure a smooth experience while supporting customers with plan modifications, service upgrades and other account related requests Maintain updated records of account information, upgrades and resolutions in the internal CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues while maintaining service consistency and meeting customer expectations Engage in workshops and training sessions to improve skills and expertise as a Customer Experience Associate Work with fellow Customer Experience Associates to improve sales and support team performance goals
