Capitalize is looking for a talented and driven AI Consultant to join our growing AI & Advanced Analytics practice. In this role, you'll work directly with clients across industries to design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive real business value. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI/ML opportunities Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions (e.g., forecasting, classification, NLP, GenAI) Develop reusable frameworks, POCs, and accelerators to scale impact across clients Support presales efforts with demos, solutioning, and scoping support Work alongside a cross-functional team of consultants, data engineers, and analysts Stay ahead of the curve on AI trends and technologies and bring that knowledge to our clients Qualifications Bachelor's degree in quantitative field 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI engineering, or related fields. Consulting experience is preferred Proven experience designing and deploying AI systems; familiarity with RAG pipelines, Agentic AI, vector databases, and LLM frameworks preferred. Strong Python and SQL required; Alteryx, UiPath, Power BI preferred Understanding of common model types (regression, classification, clustering, NLP, LLMs) and familiarity with model evaluation and monitoring methods. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and ML platforms (e.g., Databricks, Vertex AI, SageMaker) Excellent communication skills Travel 15-25% Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for US hub cities
