One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Administrator at California Hospital you will direct the operations of our ASC in Downtown Los Angeles. Our Surgery Center has 3 operating rooms and averages 200 cases a month, and provides outpatient surgical services for eyes, ortho, plastics, and pain management. You will work with our Sr. Director Periop and Procedural services on strategy, growth, performance improvement, patient experience and other key initiatives, and lead a team of front-line leaders and staff to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care. Job Requirements Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree preferred.
