Required Skills: Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Valid and active Texas Medical License and DEA certification Proficiency in full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care Experience with gynecological surgeries, including DNC, Ectopic Pregnancy, and Cesarean sections Ability to manage high-risk pregnancies and handle emergency obstetric situations Strong communication and collaborative skills Comfortable working with Surgical First Assist Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting with integrated tech platforms Additional certification in fetal monitoring or minimally invasive gynecological procedures Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Other Requirements: Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation (1:4 schedule) Night shifts (5x8-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00) Commitment to providing excellent patient care with a friendly, collaborative approach Ability to travel for occasional professional development or team needs (full travel costs covered) This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $214.89, alongside comprehensive benefits, including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
