Warehouse Manager, Staffmark Associate Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping materials Manage and schedule warehouse staff to ensure productivity and coverage across shifts Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Track KPIs such as on-time shipments, order accuracy, and inventory turnover Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment, inventory, and workflow Train, coach, and support warehouse associates to ensure quality and efficiency Handle scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations for warehouse staff Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments Collaborate with other departments to meet production and delivery goals Requirements: 3 years of warehouse manager/supervisory experience Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, safety compliance, and employee scheduling Reliable, punctual, and committed to operational excellence Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with WMS is preferred Join a Team That Works for You At Staffmark, we're more than just a staffing companywe're your career partner.
