Opportunity Details: Practice Setting: Hospital-based OBGYN Laborist Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM ??? 7:00 PM), full-time coverage Weekend Requirements: Yes Call Schedule: To be determined Support Staff: 2 midwives, 1 OB/GYN, and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Total Beds: 30 Facilities: Onsite lab and ultrasound Documentation: Epic EMR Trauma Level: Cincinnati Children???s Hospital Patient Care Responsibilities: Manage low- and high-risk pregnancies (approx. 70% low-risk, 10% high-risk). Interpret fetal heart rate (FHR) tracings and perform obstetric ultrasounds. Focus exclusively on laborist duties ??? no GYN surgeries. Manage approximately 25% C-sections. Oversee an average of five Level II nursery admissions per day.
