Heart/CTICU experience is highly preferred and will be prioritized by the manager. Charge nurse experience is strongly preferred. Job Details: Location: Utica, NY Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM Unit Details Total Beds: 42 Neuro/Med ICU: 22 beds CTICU: 6 beds Surgical/Trauma ICU: 14 beds Common Diagnoses Neuro/Med ICU: Stroke, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro interventions (TCAR), Respiratory Failure, CHF, Post-STEMI CTICU: CV surgery, Cardiogenic shock, AAA Surgical/Trauma ICU: Trauma, major post-operative surgical cases Specialty Equipment IABP CRRT (Prismaflex or NxStage required) Ventriculostomy ICP monitoring TTM / Arctic Sun Requirements 2 years recent ICU experience in one or more of the following: ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, Neuro ICU Charge nurse experience – preferred Heart / CTICU experience – highly preferred CRRT & Prismaflex experience required EPIC EMR experience required Active NY RN license NURSYS verification of all active licenses Current AHA certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Skills checklist matching ICU specialty Updated resume documenting ICU and travel experience Driver’s license with address matching demographic profile If you meet the requirements and are ready to move forward, reach out for full facility details, interview timeline, and next steps to secure this assignment.
