If you"re passionate about senior care and thrive in a meaningful, team-driven environment, this is your place to shine. ?Your Mission: What You"ll Do As a Med Tech, you"re the bridge between safety and compassion ensuring every resident receives their care with dignity and precision. Core Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, following physician orders and community policy. Document medication administration and resident observations in real time using electronic systems. Monitor, report, and document changes in resident condition, behavior, or preferences. Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and meals). Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care partners to ensure coordinated resident support. Maintain medication carts, cleanliness, and secure storage protocols. Uphold infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality standards. Complete all required state-mandated RCFE trainings upon hire and annually. ? What You Bring Minimum age 18 years; High School Diploma or GED required. 1 year of caregiving experience preferred training provided for exceptional candidates. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication. Strong teamwork, integrity, and reliability every dose matters. Must successfully complete: California Criminal Background Check LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement LIC 503 Health Screening & TB Clearance ?
