Dermatology Nurse Practitioner - Clark and Kenilworth, NJ Shift: Days Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and performing physical examinations of the skin. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic dermatologic conditions, including but not limited to acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, and skin infections. Prescribe and manage medications within the scope of practice, following state regulations and evidence-based guidelines. Educate patients on disease prevention, skin care, and treatment plans. Collaborate with dermatologists to develop individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care. Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
