Position Details: Location: Roche Molecular, 2821 Scott Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95050 Schedule: Monday Wednesday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Start Date: June 30, 2025 End Date: August 27, 2025 (with potential extension if no internal hire is made) On-Call: None Setting: Onsite employee health clinic Requirements: Certifications: Board Certified (ANCC or AANP) DEA BLS Licensure: Active California NP license required Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Primary Care or Occupational Medicine Role Responsibilities: Provide primary and occupational health services to employees Manage acute and chronic conditions Collaborate with clinic staff and support team Use Epic EMR for documentation and communication Compensation & Perks: Rate: $80/hour (W2, all-inclusive) Support: Full clinic support team Orientation: 2 3 days Onboarding: 2 3 weeks Why This Role?
