Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an entry-level Project Safety Supervisor to uphold and support Adjustable Concrete's high safety standards on a major commercial project. This is an exceptional career-building opportunity offering immediate handson experience in a fastpaced environment, providing strong exposure and development for someone pursuing a long-term career in safety. The Project Safety Supervisor will act as the on-site safety representative and serve as a liaison between operations and management. This role reports directly to the Director of Safety. Key Responsibilities Oversee daytoday safety activities on the assigned project site Communicate safety expectations and performance to field supervision and management Prepare documentation of onsite activities, including daily reports and manpower logs Identify, communicate, and help mitigate potential hazards and risks Implement and administer the SiteSpecific Safety Plan Coordinate with the general contractor, subcontractors, vendors, and other site personnel to ensure compliance Participate in accident and incident investigations as needed Support management in updating and improving corporate safety programs Assist with delivering and coordinating safety training for onsite personnel Operate comfortably within an active jobsite environment, including climbing ladders and working at heights MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Safety Manager should have: Required: Interest in starting or growing a career in construction safety Ability to work on active construction sites, including at heights Strong communication and organizational abilities Comfortable working in a fastpaced, highrise construction environment Preferred / Growth Opportunity: (Training available for motivated candidates) OSHA safety training CHST, ASP/CSP preparation Previous experience on commercial construction projects What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000+, based on experience and certifications/licensure.
